returns & exchanges policy

all sales are final. due to the made-to-order nature of our products and our use of print-on-demand fulfillment, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for reasons including, but not limited to, incorrect sizing, incorrect garment selection, change of mind, or personal preference.

customers are responsible for selecting the correct size, garment, color, and quantity before completing their purchase. we strongly encourage you to review the size chart and product details provided on each product page before placing your order.

because our products are made specifically for each order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to sizing or fit. if you are unsure about sizing, please consult the size chart before purchasing.

defective or damaged items

we stand behind the quality of our products. if your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing/printing error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

when contacting us, please include:

• your order number
• a description of the issue
• clear photographs showing the damage or defect
• photographs of the product and packaging, if applicable

if the issue is confirmed to be a manufacturing or fulfillment defect, we may provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.

issues not eligible for replacement or refund

we are unable to offer refunds or replacements for:

• incorrect size selected by the customer
• incorrect garment or color selected by the customer
• items that do not fit as expected
• normal wear and tear
• damage caused after delivery
• improper care or washing
• changes in personal preference
• orders placed incorrectly by the customer
• buyer's remorse or change of mind

order cancellations

because orders may be sent to production shortly after purchase, we are unable to guarantee cancellation requests. once an order has entered production, it cannot be canceled or modified.
